No they are not, they are pathetic capitalist concessions to the working class. We don't want your concessions, we want full control of all major business, banks and public utilities to be put under the democratic control of the people and the eradication of all nation states, this is a minimum requirement. We don't want charity from the exploiters, we are going to do away with the exploiters once and for all.
