Why is it, in our national debate on the financial crisis, Fannie and
Freddie are missing from our nomenclature? The sub-prime market,
“ballyhooed by those evil twins” is the root cause of this fiasco and
not only is it un-mentionable, F&F continue to prime the pump of our
sub-prime market. While Wall Street is trying to climb their way out
of this, “financial hole” Fannie and Freddie keep digging.
Look folks, it’s time we put all of our face cards on the table, face
up. Fannie and Freddie exist to place poor people and minorities into
houses they can ill afford. It is real estate affirmative action.
Though republicans, John McCain, ET. Al. blew the bugle of oncoming
doom no one forcefully beat the drum of graft and corruption at F&F
lest they be labeled a racist. It’s as simple as that. Democrats used
F&F as their personal piggy bank to finance their own campaigns and
place hamburger flippers into mansions with cement ponds.
Now, with our financial house burning down around us, the polecat
politico profundity is the abstract assertion that F&F must be saved
at all costs. And, lest we forget, the American taxpayer will be
forced to bend over and grab the ankles once again.
It is with due diligence and some trepidation that I posit the
following proffer; I fear the moment in time for a change to
representative, responsible government in these several states by
reformation at the ballot box has since passed and more participatory
endeavors be reflected upon. Thomas Jefferson said, “All tyranny needs
to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent”
and “Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of
government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow
operations, perverted it into tyranny” and finally, “The tree of
liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots
and tyrants”.
The current Machiavellian malevolence we as a people are forced to
abide from a corrupt bloated bureaucracy has been and become
intolerable. Were it simply the democrat party run amuck, “as they
are” a reachable remedy wrought of electoral enterprising engineering
would be apt, yet, it is apparent that the gatekeepers themselves have
become tainted thus insolvable.
Our founders born a country wherein rugged individualism and personal
responsibility would rein over governmental intrusion and a paternal
patronization from the tiny behemoth that is the District of Columbia.
Our current political class has adulterated the hopes and prayers of
those great men. They waged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor
that we might be free in a country little influenced by government and
divinely inspired. The oppressive establishment we are now engaged not
only disgraces those men but is blasphemous to our creator.
As Americans we stood idly by as God was extracted from our
classrooms, we endure abortion which is rightly infanticide. We have
accepted a continuing moral decay, inner city blight and obscenity. We
pay more attention to Paris Hilton than we do our local church. We
routinely reward failure while punishing success. Simply, America has
lost its moral compass and we’ve come to accept the government as
currently configured.
That is until today. We as a people are better than our
representation, we are. And by God it’s about time we took this
country back, and we can. That is, if we have just a few Thomas
Jefferson’s in the audience. On average 50,000 viewers a day will
visit this site. I know it, I just do, there are Jefferson’s out there
and this is my message to you; we need you now more than ever.
