Europe is even in more disarray than the US. $700bl is a drop in the ocean in comparison to the trillions of bad debt accumulated by the world's banks.
You would be better off working out how the capitalist system can be rescued from this debacle that has proved that the capitalist free market is a not the pinnacle of societal achievement but is a miserable failure that must be done away with.
