Let me get this straight. When the Republicans have both the White
House and the Congress they can't get anything done about reform
because the evil Democrats block their every desperately sincere
effort.
And they can't get it done when their in the minority in Congress,
even with a Republican President, because now they are NOT the
majority.
That would make the Republicans pretty much....let's see searching for
the proper descriptive term...... Oh yeah, incompetent, whiny, dumb-
fucks.
