I am gay and believe in free speech and do not think he should be fired for
his beliefs. What I would like to have seen if other members of his family
believe differently than the old man they should have confronted him on TV
and made their feelings known. Firing him because of his belief system and
not from any negative actions on his part to implement that belief system
was just plain wrong....just as wrong for a gay man to be fired because he
is gay. Since when do employers have the right to approve or disapprove of
any thing we might believe in.......facism is growing here in the guise of
political correctness.
