While it is a matter of conscience it is not one that could ever be meddled in with any success whatsoever. This is a tribal/religious conflict that is hardly new. These areas of Africa have been at war since before there were any white men in the world. These areas are the ones that have "peace" only when subjugated in every meaning of the word. They require a strong dictator/leader that has the where with all to put down any and all opposition.
