Just as it successfully nudged the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to remove material it objected to, the Council on American Islamic Affairs (CAIR) had set its sights on the CIA and, according to an organization skilled in weeding out government corruption,* Judicial Watch* <http://www.judicialwatch.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/JWSRGovtPurgeAndActiveMeasures5Dec2013.pdf>, leaders from both CAIR and the CIA held meetings to discuss Muslims' objections to training and strategy materials used by intelligence officials and their officers. When Judicial Watch filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the CIA for records of those meetings, officials at the spy agency refused to comply with those requests for the actual complaints of "anti-Islamic content in any educational or training material and any meetings the agency may have had with CAIR to discuss it. Judicial Watch's FOIA requests were part of an ongoing JW investigation into a powerful Islamist influence operation aimed at our government and Constitution. According to Islamic terrorism expert Steve Emerson, CAIR was an "un-indicted co-conspirator" into the Holy Land Foundation, a front group for radical Muslim terrorist groups in the Middle East. CAIR's current mission is to pressure *American law enforcement* <http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2014/08/muslim-activists-demand-overhaul-u-s-law-enforcement-training/> agencies at the federal, state and local government level to cease using politically incorrect material in training future special agents and law enforcement officers. Judicial Watch and Steve Emerson's Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) claim that CAIR, an Islamic terrorist front group founded in 1994 by three Middle Eastern extremists, continues to secretly raise money for Hamas in the Middle East. As part of its assistance to radical Muslim militant groups, it harangues politicians and government agency leadership into complying with its agenda to separate the religion of Islam from the criminal acts committed in *the name of Islam* <http://www.judicialwatch.org/document-archive/cia2014/>. Taking up the Obama administration on its claims of "government transparency and accountability, Judicial Watch is seeking access to material such as an incident involving a lecturer at the CIA training "farm" in Elkridge, Maryland, who experienced CAIR’s power to have him fired for alleged Islamophobia. Previous to that termination, a military instructor was fired from the War College for training Army officers to understand radical Islam. Last month, the *Thomas More Law Center* <http://www.thomasmore.org/press-releases/thomas-law-center-petitions-supreme-court-stop-retaliation-christian-police-captain-objected-islamic-indoctrination/> (TMLC), a public interest law firm, officially requested that the U.S. Supreme Court review a ruling by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals which upheld the punishment of a Tulsa, Oklahoma, police captain named Paul Fields, who refused to attend services at an Islamic Mosque with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. He refused to order his police officers to attend, as well. Capt.
