I genuinely hope (For "Our" Sake!) that you are wrong Brine! Let's all hope that the Republican majority learned it's lesson from six and ten years ago, and are focused on these four simple principles:
1. Less (Smaller Federal) Government; and Less Government in our lives; 2. Stop excessive taxation on individuals and businesses; 3. Stop Deficit Spending; and most importantly: 4. The Federal Government must follow the Constitution. (Two Words....Three Syllables: "Tea Party"; which stands for those simple propositions!) Note the Republican Candidates who won this year, and if you didn't hear Mitch McConnell's acceptance speech on Tuesday night, you need to hear it! No doubt Senator McConnell and most all Republicans have been influenced by and felt the Tea Party movement!
