Democrats turned over the resposibility for running the City to Marion Berry, the cocaine sniffing con and his friends and it's been down hill for the city ever sense. Look at the crime rate, the number of murders and the blight that now infects the nation's capitol. It's a shame what these people have not done and a crime as to what they have done with the tax payer's money. The federal government ran that city from the time of George Washington and they should take control of it again to make it the pride of America. Can't be done with those in charge now......that's self evident from the blight and crime. Look at how the writer editoralizes by using the word "plotting" a neutral word he could have used was "planning". But no this propagandists chooses the worse possible word to describe the GOP. He is a son-of-a-bitch non thinking knee jerk liberal.....where are his editors? They should never approve of such language. My Journalism teacher many years ago all warned us about using adjectives and adverbs to color stories and any report would be graded down if you used them to color your writing.
