To: [email protected] I just went to PEPCO's outage page and it's pretty much useless if you're not experiencing the outage personally as it requires your address AND account number. So if want to know when my neighbors and the shops on my neighborhood will regain power, I'm out of luck ... Typical PEPCO. PS Hopefully, those without power can find their bills in the dark so that they have their account number handy to make the request. It used to be they'd just post the streets and areas affected and estimated time for power restoration. Why does this info need to be locked away?
