As I have said previously, Netanyahu's visit to address Congress is a mistake, and both Rep.Boehmer and Senator McConnell should "postpone" the invitation for him to speak before the Congress.
As Wallace points out in the video, Netanyahu is a saavy politician and this is a well calculated play: (1) Against the Obama Administration, showing Netanhayu's displeasure with the current American Presidential Administration; an, (2) A great pre-election move by Netanyahu against his opponent. For these very reasons, both McConnell and Boehmer should lay aside the partisanship and think about the "Big Picture" here.
