Obama also instructed his media allies (*read propaganda arm*) to help federalize policing, (*read grow government with brown shirts*) and to sideline the critics of centralized policing rules. "I expect our friends in the media to really focus on what's in this report and pay attention to it," he instructed. (*Read that..." You have your marching orders, now get to it*.) Obama is using the crisis sparked by the August 2014 shooting of Michael Brown, who was killed after assaulting a shopkeeper and a policeman in Ferguson, MO.
