Bush Jr. is a liable for the troops and civilians that died needlessly in the implementation of the war (which I wholeheartedly support), just as Clinton is liable for the hundreds of thousands that died in that same country during 8 years of sanctions. Just as Bush Sr is liable for the suffering that went on in the same country for not finishing that job. Just as Reagan is liable (even inadvertantly) for supplying mustard gas to SH years before. It's the circle of life. Sorta. As soon as we push all blame (and/or credit) to one side, we're screwed. Can I say "screwed" here?
