Phil de Blasio was taken in for psychiatric evaluation after a violent tantrum. Bill de Blasio has yet to be taken away to Bellevue despite running New York City into the ground at a record pace. Also Phil's real last name probably is de Blasio, while Mayor Bill de Blasio's real last name is Wilhelm.
