Col. Ralph Peters* to share what he was saying to his TV on Sunday night as *President Obama* delivered a rare Oval Office address on terrorism. . . . “You’re afraid!” he added. “This guy is such a total pussy, it’s stunning.” Surprisingly, Fox did not bleep the comment, which suggests someone fell asleep at the switch or there’s no delay in the broadcast. Peters went on to say that America wants action against the Islamic State and charged that Obama “has done more harm to American police departments than he has done to the Islamic State.” Fox News executive vice president Bill Shine released a statement about the two “unacceptable” outbursts that resulted in a two week suspension: “Earlier today, Fox contributors Lt.
