The Arab Mentality It is really hard for western society to understand this kind of thinking. It is counter to civilized understanding. The (Muslim) Arab Mentality... I was instrumental in establishing the Israeli National Skin Bank, which is the largest in the world. The National Skin Bank stores skin for every day needs as well as for war time or mass casualty situations. The skin bank is hosted at the Hadassah Ein Kerem University hospital in Jerusalem where I was the Chairman of plastic surgery. This is how I was asked to supply skin for an (Muslim) Arab woman from Gaza, who was hospitalized in Soroka Hospital in Beersheva, after her family burned her. Usually, such atrocities happen among (Muslim) Arab families when the women are suspected of having an affair. We supplied all the needed Homograft for her treatment. She was successfully treated by my friend and colleague, Prof. Lior Rosenberg and discharged to return to Gaza. She was invited for regular follow-up visits to the outpatient clinic in Beersheva. One day she was caught at a border crossing wearing a suicide belt. Her mission was to explode herself in the outpatient clinic of the hospital where they saved her life. It seems that her family promised her that if she did that, they would forgive her. This is only one example of the war between Jews and Muslims in the Land of Israel. It is not a territorial conflict. This is a civilizational conflict, or rather a war between civilization and barbarism. Bibi (Netanyahu) gets it, Obama does not. Dr. Eldad has always been an outspoken advocate for Israel. His credentials are impeccable. And he's done more than merely talk. His life is a remarkable example of how men can and should behave. He is exceptionally intelligent, yet in his assessment of Obama, Dr. Eldad makes a mistake made by too many in Israel and the U.S. Dr. Eldad says "Obama doesn't get it" -- meaning, Obama doesn't understand the Arab (Muslim) mentality. I disagree. It's clear that Obama not only understands this barbaric ideology and its goal of total conquest, he actively works to make it happen. Dr. Eldad says that Bibi Netanyahu 'gets it'. But is this really true? Does Dr. Eldad not see behind Benjamin Netanyahu's facade? 'Bibi' talks tough, and occasionally does minor things that make him look like he's fighting this murderous Islamic ideology. But look at the larger picture of his political life... the things he's done and more importantly the things he hasn't done and has kept from being done. For example, the matter of the Temple Mount, where Jews are subjected to Jordanian anti-Semitic laws that are enforced by the Israeli police. Netanyahu refuses to abrogate the foolish Oslo agreement, and continues implementing the incremental steps that will ultimately lead to a Muslim State in Israel's ancient heartland. It's against the law in Israel to insult a public official, as I've just done (that is, my comments about Netanyahu could easily be taken as an insult by the legal authorities). But it's not against the law in Israel for a public official to insult us by deceptive rhetoric and continuing to aid and abet our most vicious foes.
