*Do We Need More Gun Control for Muslims? *

I do not mean to be crass with my title but for a few decades now I have
noticed many anti-American sentiments around the topic of innocent
Americans protecting themselves.  None of these sentiments are logical;
none of them are ethical; and certainly none of them have prevented weapons
from taking the life of the innocent they are claiming to protect!

Take “gun-free” zones as one example of this nonsensical anti-self defense
mentality. We were supposed to believe these zones would protect people
from gun violence, but in reality, just the opposite is true. “Gun-free”
zones are actually “free killing” zones. And to quote our friend Pastor
Chuck Baldwin, “Guns don’t kill people; gun-control laws kill people.”

I know this to be a fact, the plurality of American people are disgusted
with the attempts of government to dominate their right to self defense.
They are not only voting at the ballot box, but convincingly their wallets
are talking
<http://politicaloutcast.com/2015/12/americans-respond-to-terrorist-shooting-by-buying-more-guns/>.
Gun manufacturers and retail stores cannot keep up with the demand for guns
and ammo. Even the once extremely common .22 rim fire ammunition is as
scarce as a dollar in the social security trust fund.

If anyone is to begin discussing the topic of Americans’ right to bear arms
we MUST understand it has never been the government’s responsibility to
protect us as individuals. What did you say, Jake? That’s right. Courts
have even ruled to support the fact that police are not responsible to
protect individuals. If you call 911 and no police officer shows up and
you or someone you know is vandalized, brutalized, or killed, you have no
legal right to sue the police department for negligence. You see, it has
always been the people’s responsibility to protect themselves; the
government’s responsibility is to protect the right of the people to
protect themselves.

The promulgation of emotional ignorance has always been the tool to
convince people to give up this right of self-preservation in favor of
trusting that criminals will give up their crime and that government can
boundlessly protect you.

As seen in every single mass shooting, the government is completely
incapable of protecting the citizenry from these kinds of attacks. If the
people do not protect themselves, there is no protection. All “gun-control”
laws do is fight or obstruct the people from protecting themselves. This is
why state leaders have an obligation to declare any and all federal
gun-control laws to be null and void, and boldly declare to the people of
their states that they will honor and protect the people’s right and duty
to defend themselves.

*Since the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and since the
Second Amendment declares that the right of the people to keep and bear
arms “shall not be infringed”, then these gun control measures are NOT
law. *

*Let me repeat, these gun control measures ARE NOT law.*

*All those who try to enforce these lawless gun control measures should
themselves be arrested and prosecuted for, among other things, conspiring
to violate the rights of decent, innocent, law-abiding citizens.*

This includes attempts of the White House to circumvent Congress and enact
gun-control measures via executive order. Considering this was to happen,
it is the duty of the U.S. House of Representatives to immediately issue
articles of impeachment against the President.

*Getting back to my title, rather than controlling the guns of Muslims in
America, we need to regulate the government from its insubordination to its
God-given duty of “securing the rights of the people,” which has proven to
be far more lethal to American life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.*
