Hey Bruce! I'm familiar with the area; (albeit maybe not with this specific building....) The condo that I stayed at when I was commuting between D.C. and Tampa was on K Street between 11th and 12th Streets (Across the Street from the Sheraton 4 Points and just down the Street from Cato).....I can remember walking around that area at night back a few years ago.....
