Good afternoon Plain Ol', The answer is "Yes"; but they are paid subscriptions. (Westlaw, Lexis, Loislaw, and eveen Bloomberg to some degree). Our federal court system has a system called "PACER" where anyone can access any and all federal court decisions. The charge for this service is nominal, and it has a fairly good search engine, but it does not actually track decisions like I think you are asking.
