I took the time this evening to listen to several of the eye-wiitnesses. (I'm a bit amazed that this one gal apparently was released the evening that the shooting took place, and she had been in the car with Finnicum the Bundys and some other guy.
All of those who were there have said that Finnicum, besides being unarmed, did in fact have his hands up in the air when he was shot, and based on the video that even the FBI has released, that seems to be the case. The girl says that the FBI had snipers up in the trees where the roadbock was staged, and I believe this.
