Hey Mustang! I totally agree, and under Florida law, he's looking (without the "Hate Crime/Three Strikes" tag) maybe 18 months at the most, (and most likely probation if his record was clear).
My experience says he get's a ten year sentence, which will be reduced in a couple of years to "Time Served".....(Providing he's not a pain in the ass.....)
