It's obviously not my place to determine "when" a fetus becomes more than just a mass of cells; but scientifically, from the moment of fertilization, a fertilized egg has his or her own unique DNA, different from any other human being on the planet, with everything from eye color to sex has already been determined. There's no doubt that by the eighth week of pregancy; the fetus is in fact a human baby, and abortion is factually, murder. It may be legal, but that doesn't make it moral or ethical.
