My husband is fairly apolitical and didn't know a lot about the Clintons. So I suppose for someone like that it would be more incredible and interesting to read about the Clintons' long history of treating others like just so much shit.
But yes, I'd seen him interviewed and he seemed extremely genuine and sincere - more tortured about what he knew about them both than anything.
