In the earlier interviews she specifically noted her concerns about the future of the Supreme Court should Trump win, even joking about moving to New Zealand. "I can't imagine what this place would be — I can't imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president," Ginsburg told the Times in an interview Friday published online Sunday. "For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be — I don't even want to contemplate that." Commenting on an election is a fairly uncommon practice for a Supreme Court justice, but Ginsburg continued to unabashedly criticize Trump this week, calling out his delay to release his tax returns as well as his treatment in the media. "At first I thought it was funny," she told CNN of Trump's early run. "To think that there's a possibility that he could be president..."
