They are smart to have requested bench trials from a judge who is ruling based on the law and not leftwing activism.
He's told her the same thing now, FOUR TIMES - that she doesn't have any evidence whatsoever to support her charges against them. I can't imagine that won't result in successful charges of malicious prosecution - especially for this guy and the remaining two.
