Stress exacerbates all kinds of conditions. Most definitely. But the head-bobbling uncontrollably and what we saw today with her jerking as she couldn't take a step indicates something neurological IMO. A lot of people are convinced she has Parkinson's, and when you read the symptoms, it's hard to discount:
