This is disingenuous at best patently false in the bigger picture. Yes there is corruption yes there are unfortunate incidents of racial bias bit that's the exception not the rule. Cops see the absolute worse examples of human behavior and as societal restraints are being thrown off it's only worse. In light of that I think they show great restraint.
