SOme of my greatest role models and teachers were women growing up ... I never understood how a woman could be smart enough to teach me when I was in school, but not smart enough to hold the same job as me ... never made sense!!! Jobs should be pretty gender neutral in most cases and salaries should be based on experience and merit!!!
