Some mild form of epilepsy maybe? I had thought at one time that maybe Hil Clinton was potentially suffering from Parkinson's; but I'm pretty sure it was you Perp that posted an article from a well respected health care provider, (I'm sure it was a doctor but don't recall now who or what kind of a doctor it was!) that pretty much (logically) refuted this train of thought...
