I also think that people receiving assistance should abstain from adding more kids they can't afford ... I also have no issue with asking them to do some sort of community service until they are ready to get back into the workforce ... there is a lot of trash on the side of the roads where I live, a few hours a week in between job interviews doesn't seem like too much to ask!!!
