There are elements in the intelligence community that didn't want Hillary and the globalist to gain power hence the leaks and hacking. There are other elements that are actively trying to destabilize our government classic CIA shenanigans. I asked sometime back as a hypothetical if there could be a cyber coup de tat' I believe the election was an attempt to do just that.
