I don't think that there's an argument or a disagreement even....I too recollect hearing about the DOJ's targeting of both Rosen and the UPI; but I don't recall it being more than just a blip, and didn't have a long news cycle. It was only later, when listed as just another Obama/DOJ Administration scandal, that it was really discussed.
