It's great that they introduced this and I hope to hell it passes. It's about time Washington politicians recognized the negative impact of immigration on American workers.
But they left out the massive abuses of employers importing unlimited H1B visa workers from all over the world to pay immigrants less. And yes, more and more fields are exempt from caps in the number of foreigners they can hire to replace American educated and highly skilled workers.
