Personally, I am ok with better relations with the Russians. I think it's a good idea.
But it's not going to be much different than better relations with Iran, or with Cuba. It's going to take a little tact, and some time. It's been my observation, however, that tact isn't a virtue that American conservatives seem to possess in any appreciable quantity. I suspect they will blow it, and spectacularly at that... We shall see.
