What Williams and many globalists don't want to acknowledge is the effect
that "*Import Restrictions*" have on our American economy.  These purported
"Import Restrictions" have been one of the major causes that has decimated
the American manufacturing base.

I used to like Walter Williuams....Still do!  Williams is flat out wrong
here.
