That's the way I read it too, remember, that's only the interest on the 
debt.  When you look at total debt we're over 100% of GDP.  Note in 2008 it 
was 76% of GDP, now we're at 104%.

Remind me again what happened in 2008?

The things that jumped out at me are the SS and Healthcare increases, 
non-existent before the 1950s.  Remind me again what happened then?
