STILL find Richman's observation to be spot on: "Representation was always a ruse to quiet dissent. How can someone represent a large number of strangers who have no real say? It mocks the word."
Not that the Constitution serves much purpose beyond tourist attraction.
*(Census .... apparently some people are upset that they cannot be placed in yet another box -- did not even know such a question existed as constitution provides ONLY for a count of the people and that is all I ever provide) --
