Good Morning from Tampa Florida Toshio; I briefly perused your "World Party Declaration"; which sounds a lot like globalist, elitist, Marxist dogma; with a lot of unanswered and unresolved issues, coupled with a lot of wonderful sounding platitudes....No matter. I won't be joining anytime soon.
With regard to your theories on National Bankruptcies; this is rare, and almost unheard of, especially within First World" Nation-States such as Japan; most all of the Western European Nation-States; and within the United States. For over 100 years, we've seen Nation-States operate in a "Deficit-Economy" and thrive. Germany, Italy, France and Great Britain are all great examples of Nations that operated throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries and thrived. It's no different than an individual who utilizes credit cards to make purchases; obtaining products and services while making monthly installment payments toward the debt. At some point; the debt must be paid; and never within Western Civilization have we seen a Nation default on these payments. (We've seen examples with third world and fourth world Nation-States going into default; but these defaults were usually expected and came with a price; e.g.; political direction; political mandates from the loaning Nation-State; etc.) In general, I believe that your premise is flawed.
