Aye, the wife is from a small village 20kms south of Barca, loves the paella. I'm more into the fideau, mostly the same ingredients, but pasta instead of rice. Paella is a bit too moist for me, you don't have that with the fideau.
On a even happier not, I'm officially off the no-fly list! It took over a year, but I'm good to go (after 10 years). No more invasive "pat-downs" in Lisbon, Porto, Brussels, or Rome. Just in time for taking off for 2 months pillaging Europe. Life is good, hell, great.
