Dr. Thomas Sowell, a brilliant conservative American, is a national treasure. He is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Born in NC, and raised in Harlem,NY, he tried out for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1948. Educated at Stuyvesant HS, Howard U., Harvard U., Colombia U., and University of Chicago. He is a USMC Korean War Veteran, an economist, social theorist, political philosopher,and author. Dr. Sowell has taught at Cornell, Brandeis, The Urban Institution, UCLA and Stanford. He recently retired.
