I believe the Constitution says he has to be, in order to Serve,
right?

So which part do you consider the "slobbering"? (I assume that is akin
to the whining?)

While I appreciate the "Humor" you add to the Site CW, not all of us
are finding this all that funny...

You may be ok with the destruction of the Constitution, but I am not.
