We have a huge open space available in the Nevada desert available since we
are no doing nuclear bomb testing that we could build a tent city to house
all the druggies and give them all the drugs they want. All druggies would
have the option of moving there or face a harsh prison. And drugs would be
legal only in the tent city and would be supplied free.
