Al Qaeda Declared War on the United Sattes in 1998. Whar was the most signifigant battle Bill Clinton waged against Al Qaeda in 1998? 1999? or 2000? Take your pick. I am sure you can remember many siginifcant battles in that three yeat stretch of the War.
