Below is my post in full however some facts first. Gold was $727.60 then Gold is $808.70 Now, up 11.15% DJIA was $13,759.06 then, DJIA is $8479.47 Now, down 38.37% SPY was $153.36 then, SPY is $85.66 Now, down 44.15% QQQQ was $50.17 then, QQQQ is $28.17 Now, down 43.85% For years I have been writing that the Voo Doo Economics, flawed policy decisions and blind incompetence of the Bush administration will do more damage than the 9/11 attack did. In fact if our enemies wanted to weaken the US, strengthening the power Bush and the Bush republicans had was the way to do it. In the 'Pages' of OpenDebateForum and on my Blog you will see the detailed cause and effects that would occur because of the Administration. I said that a drop in the interest rate to strenghthen the Housing Market would cause a run on the US currency. It is happening slowly, just like Katrina. The world has not lost confidence in America LONG TERM, but short term with Bush still in control and the damage he has caused still going unchecked and worsening it will be years before the US recovers from the WORST PRESIDENT in US history. Gold will be the new Currency Standard, not the US Dollar. The US Bonds overseas will be divested by foreign investors for either the EURO and Gold. China is now the engine for the world and because of Wal Mart, the US. When the dollar falls, china will simply sell to others. The US will no longer have a manufacturing base, because it has been outsourced. The housing market will continue to fall and foreclosures will only climb. The Cascade effect will be devastating. A US only Depression is around the corner. I wonder how Bush Republicans will explain to their children their roll in supporting the man that devastated this nation? What Bin Laden did was a momentary event. What bush has done is a long term disaster. You were warned.
