That's great Mike! My 88-year-old Grandmother finally had to be placed in a home a few months ago, and I've been pleasantly surprised at how well they seem to treat her. Members of the family make unannounced visits at various times of the day and we have never, ever seen her or any other resident treated unkind or neglected. They even take them on fishing trips and other outings that the residents just love. That home received a 4-star rating, btw.
