When Obama went to Washington as a Senator, would that alone not have seriously limited the freedom that Michelle could have in her choice of clients? Had she gone as either a lobbyist, or such, there could well have been some objection. Obama of course would have had the same limitation as his personal assets would have been placed in a blind trust.
