So. let me understand you. It's your opinion that preserved even one
American life is worth spending any amount, correct?
So, in your opinion ANY amount should be spent on, let's say efforts
to reduce/eliminate environmental pollution? How many American have
dies since 9/11/01 from respitory illness, cancer, etc. etc.?
Or are you saying what is important is HOW Americans die or WHO is
responsible for such deaths?

Like you say "what is the cost for safety?" "What is the cost of
protecting the American people"?
