I am Huda I love to live in peace, as any child in this world One day! I went out with my parents and family to the beach We thought it would be safe After the sense of safety left us for so long After the Israelis have taken over our lands, and destroyed our olives farms After unfairly our homes became their homes We got out for a while so we may forget our grieves We were happy there on the beach of Gaza We were laughing, playing with the water drops My father and my beautiful family were sitting starring us from away, They were drinking tea and eating their corns It seems that the Israelis didn't like it a bombard was thrown over us My compassionate father screamed away so we run away Another bombard was thrown again, and my father's calls to run away were getting louder and louder
Suddenly! The silence ruled the place Dad! I can't hear your voice anymore! Where are you ? I got astonished I was shocked Where is my family Dad, Mom, brothers! All of you! where are you they were all killed I am the only one here No ! please don't leave me alone I can't be here alone Tell me Where is the world from our wounds? Where are the rights of human beings? What was my fault? What I have done so I live lonely at this young age Would we stay suffering while you keep still and silent My tragedy is one of many other much worse tragedies There are the children of Gaza who lose their childhood everyday by the continuous Israeli seige They deprived them from food, medicine, and even electricity So their lives becomes all darkness Today! They are bombing and striking them without any mercy Here you see their dead bodies What mistake they have done to bear this Do you like it for your child?
