It is not true that combatants "hide" among the civilian population.
Resistence to Israeli occupation has taken the form of a popular uprising-
the whole population is telling the Israelis: Get off our lands. It is a
grass roots movement.
Didn't the American population rise in its entirety against British
colonial rule just because they were taxed without representation. What
would they do if they were oppressed beyond imagination. I'll tell you what
they would do- they would fight bravely till they ended the occupation of
their lands. That is an inalienable human right of any people.
