As a winner Bush couldn't manage to say anything coherent for eight
years. Then again he didn't really win the 2000 election did he?

While Reagan is most remembered for being in la la land before and
after his assassination attempt, Bushes presidency is already
recognized as the rule of an illeterate, spoilt rich kid who had until
that time spent his entire life in a cocaine and alcohol fueled
miasmic stupor.
